As we begin a new year, we start by looking forward and seeking to innovate in our services. One of these initiatives for 2021 is Mobile Repair service, a pain point for many fleets.
The goal of this new service solution is to assist our clients with their fleet needs in new locations, understanding that the business is constantly moving and changing.
We have been working closely with our clients in initializing our Mobile Repairs service, and for this, we organize planning meetings (face-to-face or virtual) to review the needs of our fleet customers and offer different options that facilitate the need and ensure the optimal performance of fleet operations.
Some of the tasks included in this new service are:
- A scheduled morning yard check (the number of hours will depend on the needs of our clients)
- Mobile Technician whole day schedule if required (Priority on service call)
- Light repairs during morning inspection
- Assist drivers on morning start-up
It’s important to mention that each Mobile Repair plan is worked on, designed and implemented, together with the client, to ensure complete coverage and solution of the specific needs of each fleet.
